The death has occurred of Mary Lynn – Ballinea House and late of Ballyoate, Mullingar, Co Westmeath – 28 July 2026.      Mary died peacefully with her family by her side and in the gentle care of the staff at the Midland Regional Hospital Mullingar.

Predeceased by her beloved parents Sean and Bridget (Queenie) and her brothers Padraig (Poggy) and Tom.

Mary will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sisters Deirdre and Siobhán and her brother Michael. Also fondly remembered by her aunt Margo, her cherished nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family, relatives, her devoted carers at Tower View and Ballinea House and her dear friends.

Reposing at Gilsenan’s Funeral Home on Friday from 4.30 pm to 6 pm followed by removal to the Cathedral of Christ the King arriving at 6.30 pm.   Funeral Mass on Saturday at 11 am and the Mass may be viewed on http://www.mullingarparish.ie.  Burial will take place in Walshestown Cemetery.
