The death has occurred of Seamus Donoghue, Woodlands, and formerly of Ladestown, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath – 20th July 2026. Seamus passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at his home.

Predeceased by his mother Kitty and brother Noel.

Seamus will be very sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his family, father Mattie, sisters Helen (Evans), Mary (Maher) and brothers Martin, Eamonn, Patrick and Paul, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, relatives and many friends.

Reposing at Gilsenan’s Funeral Home, Mullingar (N91 K660) on Thursday 23rd July from 4pm concluding with prayers at 6pm. Followed by removal to the Cathedral the Christ the King arriving at 6.30pm.

Seamus’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday 24th at 11am followed by burial in Ballyglass Cemetery.
