Peter Lonican, Ginnell Terrace, Mullingar, Co Westmeath
(formerly 4th Field Artillery Regiment Mullingar) – died peacefully on July 3rd, 2026 at his home in the tender loving care of his daughter Eileen and his family.

Predeceased by his beloved wife Kathleen.

Peter will be very sadly missed and always remembered by his family Peter (Jnr), Michael, Josie, Stephen, Patrick, Cyril, Catherine, Anthony, Philip, Eileen and Paul, his much loved grandchildren and great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers, sister, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, good neighbours and his wide circle of friends.

Remembering all the deceased members of the Lonican and McCormack families.

MAY PETER REST IN PEACE

Reposing at his family home 51 Ginnell Terrace (N91 C1Y2) on Sunday 5th July from 3 pm to 6 pm followed by Removal to the Cathedral of Christ the King arriving at 6.30 pm.

House private at all other times please.

Peter’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday 6th July at 11 am and may be viewed on the live webcam on the link below. Burial will take place in Ballyglass cemetery.
