Dorothy Monaghan (née Murray) – Sherwood Park, Mullingar, Co Westmeath and late of Rochdale U.K. died peacefully on May 4th, 2026 with her devoted family by her side at the Midland Regional Hospital Mullingar.

Reunited with her beloved husband Paddy.

Dearly loved mother of Sean, cherished mother-in-law of Mandy, and adored Nana of Mya and Molly. Dorothy will be very sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her family, her sister Kathy, brother Stephen, nieces and nephews, extended family and her dear friends in the U.K. and Ireland.

May her gentle soul rest in eternal peace

Reposing at Gilsenan’s Funeral Home Mullingar (N91 K660) on Sunday May 10th from 5 pm concluding with prayers at 6 pm.  Dorothy’s Funeral will take place in Rochdale, U.K. at a later date.
