The death has occurred of Sarah Caffrey (née McCormack) – Lynn Road, Mullingar Co Westmeath and formerly Earlscartron, Moate – March 2, 2025 (peacefully) in her 97th year surrounded by her loving family in the excellent care of the staff at the Midland Regional Hospital Mullingar.

Beloved wife of the late Peter (Peadar). Predeceased by her sons-in -law Joe and William and her grandson John.

Dearly loved mother of Marian (Stones) Anne, Peter, Olive (Whelan) Paula (Corroon) and Fergal-John; Sarah will be very sadly missed and remembered with love by her family, her siblings Lil, Kathleen, Kevin and Oliver, daughters-in-law Cynthia and Yvonne, sons-in-law Kevin and Tommy, her cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren, sister- in law Eileen, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

MAY SARAH REST IN PEACE

Reposing at her home (N91 K7TV) on Tuesday March 4th from 4 pm to 7 pm and house private thereafter.
Sarah’s Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday March 5th at 11 am in the Cathedral of Christ the King followed by burial in Ballyglass Cemetery.
