The death has occurred of Marie Higgins – St Brigid’s Terrace, Mullingar, Co Westmeath – February 11, 2025 (peacefully), at the Midland Regional Hospital Mullingar.

Predeceased by her parents John and Kathleen and her sister Kathleen (Cassie).
Marie will be very sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her dear brother Michael (England), sister-in-law Shirley, brother-in-law Michael, her adored nieces and nephew, cousins, relatives and friends especially her good friends Mary, Rosie and Kathleen.

Reposing at Gilsenan’s Funeral Home on Friday February 14, from 4 pm concluding with prayers at 6 pm.
Marie’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday February 15, at 11 am in the Cathedral of Christ the King followed by burial in Ballyglass cemetery. The Mass may be viewed on the live webcam at www.mullingarparish.ie
