The death has occurred of Teresa (Teesie) Rushe (Née Fitzpatrick) – Ashe Road, Mullingar, Co Westmeath – November 8, 2024 (peacefully) in her 92nd year at home surrounded by her loving and devoted family.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Peter, adored son Pat and much loved daughter-in-law Ger.

A dearly loved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister; Teesie will be forever loved and very sadly missed by her family Liam, Christine (Weafer), Anthony, Peter, Brenda (Glynn) and Thérese (O’Connor), cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren, brother John, sons-in-law Chris, Gabriel and Mervyn, daughters-in-law Joan and Jane, sister-in-law Mary (Farrell), nieces, nephew, relatives, neighbours and many friends especially her dear friend Carmel.

Reposing at Gilsenan’s Funeral Home on Monday from 4 pm to 6 pm with Removal to the Cathedral of Christ the King arriving at 6.30 pm.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 11 am followed by burial in Ballyglass Cemetery.
