The death has occurred of Sheila Costello (née Heaney) – Lynn Heights, Mullingar and late of Killare, Co Westmeath and formerly of Hollymount, Co Mayo – July 14, 2024 (peacefully) in her 93rd year at home in the company of her loving and devoted family.

Beloved wife of the late Tom, mother of the late Padraig and Finnian and mother-in-law of the late Rafiq; Sheila will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her children Tommy, Mary Erskine (New York), Breda Mulligan, Dolores Tormey and Catherine El-Dibeh (Manchester), her adored grandchildren and great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brother Michael, sister Una (Crosbie), sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.

Reposing at Gilsenan’s Funeral Home (N91 K660) on Monday from 4.30 pm followed by Removal to the Cathedral of Christ the King arriving at 6.30 pm.
Sheila’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 11 am followed by burial in Loughnavalley Cemetery.
