Charles (Charlie) Harte, The Elms, Ballinderry and late of Patrick Street, Mullingar. Charlie died peacefully on July 12th 2026 in the tender loving care of his family at the Midland Regional Hospital Mullingar, following a short illness bravely fought.

Predeceased by his dear daughter Yvonne (born an angel), his loving parents Willie (Bronk) and Lucy, and his brothers Liam ad Paddy.

Charlie will be very sadly missed by his sons Alan, Charles and Stephen, daughter Elaine, their mother Pauline, his cherished grandchildren Ryan, Nathan, Phoebe, Bradley, Matthew and Marnie, his cherished great-grandchildren Eoin and Derek, brothers Frank and Ambrose, sisters Olive, Marie and Louise, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, his many friends and former Taxi Driver colleagues.

Reposing at Gilsenan’s Funeral Home (N91 K660) on Tuesday 14th July from 4 pm to 6 pm followed by Removal to the Cathedral of Christ the King arriving at 6.30 pm.

Funeral Mass on Wednesday 15th July at 11 am and the Mass may be viewed on the live webcam at http://www.mullingarparish.ie.  Burial afterwards in Ballyglass Cemetery.
