The death has occurred of Michael Keane – Monroe, Slanemore, Mullingar – August 20, 2025 (peacefully) following a short illness, surrounded by his loving family and in the devoted care of the staff at the Ciúin Suite, Midland Regional Hospital Mullingar.

Predeceased by his mother Kitty and his nephew William.

Husband of Geraldine, and devoted father of Mark, Darina and Becky. Sadly missed by his family, his cherished grandchildren Dylan, Charlie, Kaiwyn, Asha, Teagan and Tadhg, his dear father John, sons-in-law Simon and Clint, siblings Mary, Sean, Seamus, Kathleen, Martina and Majella, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours, friends and his fellow taxi drivers.

Reposing at his residence on Friday 22nd August from 4 pm to 7 pm and house strictly private thereafter please.
Michael’s Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday August 23rd at 11 am in the Church of the Assumption Walshestown followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
