The death has occurred of T.P. Farrell – Gainstown, Mullingar, Co Westmeath and formerly of Newtownforbes, Co Longford – November 13, 2024 (suddenly) in his 91st year at the Midland Regional Hospital Mullingar, surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his beloved wife Anna May and their cherished infant son Oliver.

A much loved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend; T.P. will be very sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his children PJ, Ellen, Thomas, Mary, James, Colette, Eamon and John, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, sisters Imelda (Donoghue) and Margaret (Hughes), sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nieces, nephews, neighbours and very many friends, especially those in the Angling community.

Reposing at Gilsenan’s Funeral Home Mullingar (N91 K660) on Friday from 4 pm to 6 pm followed by Removal to the Cathedral of Christ the King arriving at 6.30 pm.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 11 am followed by burial in Ballyglass Cemetery.  The Mass may be viewed on the live webcam at http://www.mullingarparish.ie.
