The death has occurred of James Etherson – Coole, Mullingar, Co Westmeath and late of Kilrea, Co Derry – August 20, 2023 (peacefully) following a short illness in the company of his loving wife and family and in the tender care of the staff at St Camillus Nursing Centre, Killucan.

Predeceased by his beloved daughter Gráinne.

James will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his devoted wife Rita, his beloved daughter Geraldine, his dear sons Paul, Seamus, Damian and Karol, adored grandchildren, sons-in-law Gerry and Tom, daughters-in-law Racheal, Patsy, Susan and Denise, sisters Bernie and Jean,  brothers Gerald, Bobby, Patsy, Danny and Harry, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at his residence (N91 CF29) on Tuesday from 3.30 o’c to 6.30 o’c followed by Removal to the Church of the Immaculate Conception Coole arriving at 7 o’c.

Burial will take place in Whitehall Cemetery, Castlepollard.
