The death has occurred of Tommy Forde – Irishtown, Mullingar, Co Westmeath – March 21, 2021 (unexpectedly) after a long illness borne with dignity and courage.

Beloved husband and best friend of Jeanette, very dear father of Christine, Edel and Claire and adored grandad to Hannah, Tom, Lucy, Jack and Paddy. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife and family, sons-in-law Brian, Sean and Adrian, sister-in-law, brothers-in-law, niece Eloise, relatives, great neighbours and many good friends, including former staff of St Loman’s Hospital. Remembering also his late sister Imelda.

In keeping with current Government guidelines, a private family only funeral will take place on Tuesday at 10 am and can be viewed on www.mullingarparish.ie  Condolences may be conveyed to the family below. The family would like to thank you for your understanding and consideration at this sad time and would also like to thank sincerely all who cared for Tommy, especially the staff of the Haematology Unit at the Midland Regional Hospital Tullamore and the staff at the Midland Regional Hospital Mullingar.
